Today, Son of God will be at a movie theater near you. Thanks to 20^th Century Fox and producers Mark Burnett and Roma Downey, Son of God brings the life of Jesus Christ to the big screen like never before.

Told with the scope and scale of an action epic, the film features powerful performances, striking locales, special effects and a rich orchestral score from Oscar®-winner Hans Zimmer.

Portuguese actor Diogo Morgado portrays Jesus as the film spans his humble birth, his teachings, his crucifixion and his resurrection. The movie is the first major motion picture about Jesus’ life since the Passion of the Christ released 10 years ago.

Faith leaders from around the country have previewed the film and are heartedly endorsing it.
